Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ArtBookers. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The service
ArtBookers is a marketplace that connects clients with independent music and event specialists. We are not the employer of, nor do we endorse, any specialist. All services are performed by the specialists, not by ArtBookers.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including any team members (moderators) you add.
3. Bookings, payments & subscriptions
Bookings create a contract between the client and specialist. Payments made online are processed by our payment provider and held in escrow until the event is completed. Paid subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled, and certain features (such as feed posts, analytics, promotions, and team members) depend on your plan. Cancellation and refund policies are described in the Help Center.
4. Acceptable use & content
You are responsible for the content you publish — including feed posts, portfolio media, reviews, and promotions — and you must hold the rights to it. You agree not to misuse the platform, including fraudulent activity, harassment, posting illegal or misleading content, or attempting to disrupt the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Liability
ArtBookers is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
